Orange Wine

Orange wine comes from taking white grapes mashing them up and leaving them to ferment in a vessel for an extended amount of time with the seeds and skins.

Orange wine is a relatively modern term for what was often referred to as skin-contact white wine, skin-fermented white wine, amber wine or Trump Juice (maybe not the last one).

A wine made of oranges? No that would just be fanta-sea…

It's possible you will have a delicious meal but if you are not careful you will end up with a bad taste in your mouth! Luckily we have insulted the waiters for you (metaphorically only as we would never insult someone with the potential to supply deliciousness) and only sell great examples of what these increasingly popular wines have to offer.

Choosing skin-contact wine can be a bit like insulting a waiter before ordering your food.
