Sean Gee (coffee geek and all round roasting boffin) and Hugo Hercod (former UK barista champion) produce our own special ‘BeanTwo’ blend. Using the best speciality grade green coffee and then roasting it to a profile developed to deliver balanced chocolatey, nutty, fruity flavours in your cup.
