A real speciality from Mandois. Both of these wines are made the same way with the identical amount of ageing and sugar. However, due to the different sites, you wouldn’t be able to tell they were vinified the same way! These Champagnes are small production with a limited number of bottles of both Nord and Sud, making these twin packs somewhat special!
Le Nord - This wine from the north really shows the minerality from the chalk soils the grapes are grown on. It is fresh and precise, expressing notes of crunchy apple and pear. There’s no doubting that this is Champagne at its purest.
Le Sud - This wine from the south is super fun whilst still being a little grown up. Ripe and fleshy tropical fruits like pineapple, mandarin and passionfruit rounded off with a touch of flint and hazelnuts. Champagne with a buzz!
