Made with Cabernet Franc grapes traditionally used to make Loire Valley reds. Top quality grapes are selected and hand-picked before going through the ‘Traditional Method’, whereby a secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle (just like Champagne)
A fun-time fizz, which is a superb aperitif, perfect paired with all festivities and in summertime it is stonking with a summer fruit pudding.
