Such a classy little number. Chenin blanc gives it an old gold depth and sheen. Cabernet franc lends a little sass and Chardonnay just gives the whole bundle some ballast. This is a sparkly little number, which goes with most things (yes, even breakfast!). Cremant de Loire is proudly NOT like Champagne, it’s like Cremant de Loire and has historically been made to exacting standards in the “tradtional method”.
