Made in the unique and traditional system of maturation, Solera, whereby a large number of casks, fractional blending and a magic wand are used to produce the noble juice. ‘Napoleon’ starts its life as a Manzanilla, any barrels which are richer or darker are transferred to a different solera to continue to age oxidatively. This imparts all of the mahogany hues and nutty, toasty flavours.
This is the perfect wine to serve with nibbles, nuts, cheeses, meats…my mouth’s watering!
