The Funkstille wines are made by a 16th generation Austrian producer, the fruit is grown sustainably with fertilizers being made from grape skins, manure and straw from the growers own fields. The grapes are harvested early morning to retain freshness and acidity, after fermentation the wine is aged on its lees for 8 weeks adding texture and softness to the juice.
