This wine is aged in new french oak barrels for at least 6 months to let the maximum amount of flavour into the wine! while at the same time still being fresh and easy to drink. It pairs really well with a barbecue!
Josh went up to London to the Cosme Palacio wine tasting and tried this for the first time, along with some of the others from the range. However, this was the stand out wine for him for sure!
