This fabulous Brut Prosecco Superiore is made from fruit grown on a vineyard on the San Salvatore hill which bears the Castle San Salvatore at its summit. The vineyard is located high on the slope benefitting from the breezes and rocky, well-drained soils conducive to healthy vine growth. During the winemaking, the wine is left for 4 months on its fine lees enhancing its flavour, elegance and creamy texture. A touch of class to enjoy on its own or with seafood.
