Vincent Roussely is the 4th generation wine producer at this beautiful 8 hectare estate on the Cher river. His vineyards are certified organic and since 2007 he has only used hand machines and horsepower in the vineyards (Respect to Vincent!) massively benefiting the land and fruit quality. This wine has undergone spontaneous natural fermentation in stainless steel, Vincent is in no rush, he lets fermentation occur naturally and slowly and keeps the temperature controlled to retain the purity and vitality of the fruit.
