Winemakers Nicolas and Karine Mirouze farm 25 hectares in Corbieres and have worked hard over recent years to convert to organic and biodynamic practises. With a passion for ‘vins de soif’ (thirstquenchers) they launched their ‘Ouze’ range of wines including this juicy ‘Rouze’ rouge, light and quaffable.
