Winemakers Nicolas and Karine Mirouze farm 25 hectares in Corbieres and have worked hard over recent years to convert to organic and biodynamic practises. With a passion for ‘vins de soif’ (thirstquenchers) they launched their ‘Ouze’ range of wines including their ‘Petouze Pet-Nat’. Fun, easy-drinking and of course, thirstquenching, this is a light-hearted red sparkling which is great with nibbles, picnics and light lunches.
