With only 30% of the wine being aged in oak, Victor Brut retains delicious fresh fruit flavours and minerality whilst developing velvety texture and character in the barrel . The cellar ageing process (minimum of 9 years) also allows some of the freshness to evolve, rounding off the wine with toasty notes and nuttiness. Like its rose counterpart this sparkling is made with low-yielding old vine fruit which delivers structure, concentrated fruit and finesse. What a gem!
