The Mandois family have been growing and making wines for 9 generations since 1735. Over recent years they have worked incredibly hard to move to natural growing practices in the vineyards and hats off to them!… Almost all of their 37 hectares are now certified organic.
The Origine Brut is a blend of wines from 3 consecutive years which is mostly aged in tank bar 10% which is aged in oak cask, the wine is aged for 3 on its lees years in the depths of the Mandois cellars. The result is a ripe, rounded and crisp Champagne, a lovely way to start any celebration!
