Pretty, fruity and suave! This Blanc de Blancs is made from Premier Cru Chardonnay fruit, it combines freshness and purity of fruit backed up with biscuity, brioche notes. This is all thanks to meticulous fruit selection, vinification (80% in steel vats and 20% in oak barrels) and 5 years ageing on its lees. This little lady already has quite a following at BinTwo, if in Padstow come and enjoy a glass.
