CB Wine "St.Vincent"

The Haute Valeur Environmentale is an accreditation from the French government to protect the local environment and biodiversity. This producer is the only one in the region with the highest level. which goes a long way to explain why Pinot Noir from here, which normally ain’t no shakes, is so good! Fresh, bright and grippy with plum, blueberry and raspberry hints. Way better than Bourgogne Rouge at this price. It’s a very good red for Christmas lunch (or any boozy lunch) as it has a lightness of touch that cuts through the culinary excess and lets you keep singing!
