Madeira is a very versatile sweet wine which is perfect as a digestif or enjoyed alongside fruit laden puddings and cheese boards. Barbeito Malvasia has been naturally aged in seasoned and stacked French oak casks (Canteiro system) over 5 years and in the warmth of the maturation warehouses. Here the wine develops all its delicious toasty, honeyed and caramelized flavours. This wine is sweet but with the perfect balance of freshness and acidity.
