We only requested a sample of this out of sheer curiosity with no real intention further than ticking it off the list of “unusual things to try”. Little did we know that it would catch us all off guard, enchant us in a bonkers way and end up selling by the glass. What we love is that it opens up rosé as a category and shows that it can be many different things. It is absolutely not blush pink and pretty. It’s rich, piney, minty, wild strawberry, flowers piling off balconies, sea grass and herbs on the wind. There’s something sultry about it too. It’s not a holiday romance, it’s a furtive holiday snog with someone possibly a bit older in a discotheque far far away. It’s exotic and expressive and we hope it makes a lasting impression on you too.
