People keep referring to Fiano as “the next best thing” but we say no way! It’s far too characterful to be the next “pinot sauvignon”.. Old- gold in colour, plump with ripe orchard apple and juicy pear. Notes of Seville orange blossom on a salty sea breeze keep this wine clean, fresh and intriguing. It’s easy going enough to snuggle it away one afternoon by the glass but complex enough to enjoy with roast chicken or veg and can handle a subtle amount of spice too.
