Brandy de Jerez is made following the traditional regional methods. Grape distillate is aged in american oak casks formerly used for ageing sherry. The Brandy is then aged in the blending system known as the ‘solera’ whereby younger brandies are mixed with older ones to produce a brandy of quality and consistency.
