We’re looking forward to welcoming all of you lovely people to BinTwo; to pouring you a glass of something delicious, introducing you to some exciting new wines and generally enjoying your good company and cheer. The video below will give you a sense for our COVID safe arrangements. Although it was made at the end of LockDown Part One most of it still holds true.

Reservations

No reservations are required or taken at BinTwo. We’ve maintained our walk-in, first come - first served, arrangements.

Social Distancing

Please practise social distancing both on our terrace and in the shop and follow the guidelines on display.

Face coverings must be worn except when you are sat at your table.

Table allocation

A member of the team will greet you and allocate a table for you and your group. Menus: You will be given a menu once seated, this is yours for the duration of your time at BinTwo. Please keep it on your table. All menus will be disinfected between customers.

Table Service

Once you are seated we will bring you a menu and return to take your order. We will serve drinks and food to the end of your table. There will be a member of staff working in the shop and one working on the terrace they will look after you, if you need something please remain seated and they will come to you.

2 hours

At peak times your table will be yours for a maximum of 2 hours. We have reduced capacity and are hoping to give all of our customers a chance to enjoy Bintwo.

Payments

Contactless and card payments are preferred where possible.

Browsing/shopping

We have reduced capacity inside our shop. One group at a time can browse the shelves.

Please let a member of the team know if you are waiting to browse our shelves they will let you know when you can enter the shop.

Toilet

Please do not queue on the steps if you’re waiting to use the loo.

Please let a member of the team know that you are waiting to use the toilet and they will let you know when it is free.

Children & Pets

For their safety we ask that all children stay seated with you in your allocated booth. Dogs: Our furry friends are welcome at BinTwo provided they are kept on a lead and with their owner. Unfortunately we no longer allow dogs on blankets on our seating.

Rubbish

Please dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided, there is one in the shop and one on the terrace.

No Smoking

Our terrace is a no smoking area, we thank you for observing this policy.

Feeling unwell?

If you have symptoms including fever and persistent cough please wait to feel better before coming for a glass at Bintwo.

Finally, we ask you to bear with us. We know times are a bit odd and people have differing views about ‘the rules’. Our are built around what we feel is right so thank you all for your understanding and cooperation.
